How Wings over Came to Life

Wings over was born out of a simple but passionate idea: wings done right, every single time. What started as a humble kitchen experiment in Frisco, Texas, quickly grew into a full-fledged wings destination that locals couldn't get enough of.

Our founder Marcus Hale spent years perfecting signature sauces, sourcing only the freshest poultry, and refining cooking techniques until each wing achieved that perfect crisp exterior and juicy, flavor-packed interior. The first location opened its doors in 2014, and the community response was overwhelming.

Today, Wings over continues to grow across the United States, staying true to the original promise: bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a dining experience that feels like home. 2014

The First Kitchen

Marcus Hale opens the first Wings over location in Frisco, TX, with just seven sauce varieties and a 12-seat dining room. Lines form around the block within the first week.

2016

Expanding the Menu

After overwhelming demand, Wings over expands its wingsover sauce lineup to 20 flavors and introduces loaded fries, tenders, and craft beverages to the menu.

2018

Catering Launch

Wings over launches its professional catering service, bringing bold flavors to corporate events, weddings, and large gatherings across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

2020

Online Ordering Goes Live

Wings over launches its digital ordering platform, making it easier than ever for customers across the United States to get their favourite wings delivered directly to their door.

2022

National Recognition

Wings over earns a spot on the "Top 50 Wing Restaurants in the USA" list by Food Network Magazine, cementing its place as a nationally recognised culinary destination.

2024

10 Years & Growing
